Classes

We have created a schedule of 70 classes taught by over 40 renowned yoga instructors. You can enjoy up to 4 classes per day, ranging from yin and thai massage to sweaty vinyasa. Classes are dispersed throughout downtown Asheville within easy walking distance, so our attendees can enjoy the energetic vibe of the city while moving from class to class. In order to assure that everyone gets into the classes they want, attendees will use sched.org to reserve their mat space in classes once a ticket is purchased.

Talks & Presentations

This is a space where you can get more involved with our presenters on a face to face level. Presentation topics will range from body image to working in the wellness industry. Some presentations will be more like a workshop with powerpoint presentations and some will be intimate discussions. Talks will take place in our Serenity Lounge at Mountain Air Market and do not need preregistration for entrance.

Music

Along with live music in a number of our class offerings, this year the festival is also proud to offer live music. Along with performances throughout the day at our Mountain Air Market by local and regional musicians such as Life Like Water, Ida Joe & Christi Lenee. In the evenings don't miss the EPIC celebration party with MC YOGI and DJ Drez (Saturday) and a live Kirtan on Thursday Night with Sean Johnson & The Wild Lotus band.

Mountain Air Market

50+ Vendors will grace Pack Square Park in the heart of downtown Asheville. Take something home to remember your experience in the heart of this magical city - handmade mala necklaces, local pottery, artwork, jewelry, tinctures and body care alongside fresh, organic food vendors. Mountain Air Market will also host a relaxation lounge, a restoration tent with massage, live music, free workshops and classes and other special events.

The hours of Vendor Village are:

Friday 12-7

Saturday 10-7

Sunday 10-4

SUP Yoga

Enhance your present moment awareness and alignment while connecting with nature on the beautiful French Broad River (flat section).  SUP yoga is a unique way to experience your practice. The added challenge of balancing on the board heightens your awareness of body alignment in poses and transitions. Experience the qualities of the 5 Elements of nature while you practice, with water as the floor, sun as the light, trees on the banks as the shade, air as the breeze that gently touches your skin and open space as our container. SUP yoga is a unique and fun way to take your practice outside, and floating Savasana may be one of the most relaxing poses you’ve ever experienced!

Waterfall Yoga Hikes

Elevate yourself and your yoga practice by fully immersing your five senses in the natural beauty of Western North Carolina. Enjoy this one-of-a-kind experience hiking through our ancient mountains to meditate beside a 300-foot waterfall followed by a relaxing 60-90 minute yoga practice in the shade of tall forest trees.

Sound Healing in the Asheville Salt Cave

Join us for a beautiful Sound Healing Concert inside the majestic Cave of Salt with performance by our friend from Skinny Beats Drum Shop and Gallery - Billy Zanski. Come enjoy the sounds and healing vibrations of singing crystal bowls, unique African instruments, and various drums. The music will vibrate throughout the walls of the Salt Cave, reaching and healing the deepest parts of your soul.

Thursday Morning Seva With Chelsey Korus - Kayak & Clean

If you plan to be around before the main festival, we'll be doing a little "giving back" to Asheville for all it's offered to us. Chelsey Korus will be leading a river cleanup on the French Broad River on Thursday morning. Each attendee will be outfitted with a canoe or kayak and a garbage bag. Space will be limited to sign up early if you want to participate!
